HOP does not sell personal data.

a. With Drivers

HOP is intended for users 16 years of age or older.

Users between the ages of 16 and 17 may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, or when a service is requested or ordered by an adult on their behalf.

By requesting a service on behalf of a minor, the adult represents and warrants that they have the legal authority to do so and accept responsibility for the minor's use of the Services.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16 without verified parental or guardian consent. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.

8. International Users

If you use HOP outside The Bahamas, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers.
